1. Faster processing time comparing to thread cutting!

   The process of making pipe joints requires special skills, as it tends to be thought that thread cutting is necessary. In contrast, the expanded pipe O.N. Fitting can be learned easily.

   Insert the pipe to the guide rod of the dedicated expansion machine and turn the switch ON, and then the expanded pipe rubber expands the pipe with hydraulic force in the peripheral direction. Anyone can make the same expanded shape of pipe by following the precautions for work.

2. Expand the pipe convexly and attach the cap nut

   Hook the convexly expanded part to the cap nut and flange to prevent it coming off. Also, resistance to shaking, pulling, and bending is improved and slipping out is prevented by attaching the rubber packing to the triangular space bounded by the main body of the fitting and the expanded-pipe after connection to the fitting, and liquid is sealed from leaking out. The cap nut has a colored plate washer so that the extent of tightening and looseness can be checked visually. This is a unique design that anyone can check to prevent insufficient tightening and looseness.

3. By expansion, the pipe tolerance is corrected and compression of the rubber packing becomes even.

   Tolerance means the allowable difference. The difference between the maximum and minimum reference values (the allowable range) is called the allowance, and the difference between its maximum and minimum values is called the tolerance. By expanding the tolerance, correction can be performed. Also, by correcting the tolerance, force is applied evenly to the rubber packing and compression becomes even.

4. By expanding pipe tolerance by approx. 1%, it is corrected to approx. 0.2 mm.

   The tolerance of a pipe is approx. 1%, and it can be corrected to 0.2 mm or less if expanded with the special tool, even though there is a difference of the pipe. Oval distortion can also be corrected. Such special skills can be performed by just pushing a button. In just a few seconds, the expansion job is done.

5. Easy for anyone to perform with the special expansion device!

   Using dedicated pipe expansion machine, anyone can handle the work easily. When expansion is finished, a buzzer and light provide notification. Six expansion device models are available for different uses. A special nice wrench and cutter for stainless steel pipes are also available.
